Our fulfillment policy: 1. Subscription Terms
Billing:
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, with charges occurring on the same day of the month as the initial subscription.
Subscription Length:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the subscriber.
Free Trials/Promotions:
If a subscription starts with a free trial, it will automatically renew into the standard subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled.
Access:
Subscribers will have access to digital content during the term of their subscription.
2. Delivery
All information is automatically uploaded monthly with an additional email sent to each subscriber.
No Returns:
Subscription services are non-refundable.
Refunds:
We may offer refunds in the event of proven billing errors or overcharges.
Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but does not entitle subscribers to a refund for past billing cycles.

Cancellation Effective Date: Cancellations are effective on the date of cancellation.
